My goal is to boost performance and well-being in a fun and sustainable way. I do not believe in quick fixes – it takes time to create new habits and stick to them.
SPRINT BY SPRINT breaks down this process in smaller steps each addressing a lifestyle or performance goal at a time. I work with individuals, small groups and companies.

LIFESTYLE & HEALTH ADVICE
Lifestyle Coaching focuses on several aspects of health: Exercise, nutrition, sleep and recovery. In this program we evaluate obstacles that you are facing and help you find a balanced lifestyle. The main goal is to establish sustainable lifestyle habits that improve your well-being and are fun to stick with.
Running Coaching includes technique exercises and strength training that help you run faster, more efficient, and pain-free. The training is suitable for beginners and experienced runners who want to improve their performance. The focus is on technique drills, strength and stability and interval training.
Personal training focuses on increased stability, strength, as well as coordination of movements. Functional is not only a useful tool for rehabilitation purposes but also highly recommended to prevent injuries and to increase range of motion. If you aim to increase your strength, PT can help you reach the next step.
By working in SPRINTS, we shift the focus from abstract to concrete goals: Instead of aiming to lose weight or be more active, we make a concrete plan for a defined period of time.
Breaking abstract goals down in small SPRINTS helps focus on what is important, staying motivated and seeing results quickly. SPRINT BY SPRINT you get closer to new fitness and health habits.

JOIN ME ON A RUN
My name is Stella Kubasch, I am a competitive triathlete, personal trainer and health coach. I believe that physical well-being is essential to be at your best in every aspect of life: as a partner, friend, parent, employee, entrepreneur, or athlete.
Sports and fitness have been part of my life ever since joining the local sports club at a young age. Working out, playfully or competitively, always offered me an opportunity to rewind and recover from the challenges life has to offer. Engaging in sports opened the door to many learning opportunities. I was able to live and study abroad, learn from inspiring athletes, teammates and coworkers, and master how to deal with adversity.
Next to competing on an international stage in Running and Triathlon , I developed a career in Human Resource Management. After working in the corporate environment for a few years, I followed my dream of starting my own business combining my passion and knowledge about exercise, health, and human performance.

How other SPRINTERS experienced my coaching
I started working with Stella as lifetime aquatic athlete who thought she would never be able to run acceptable paces. Fast forward six months and I was able run my personal bests in 5K, 10K & half marathon and I was able to pull 45km running weeks while really enjoying it. It’s been a blast having Stella as my coach and receive so much personal attention!
I have had the chance to have Stella as a coach for some months now. I can say she is someone you want to have in your team once preparing for any goal you may pursue, she has the skills, the knowledge and the will to help you go the extra mile.
Personally, I appreciate the time and effort she puts in planning and reviewing my trainings, no matter when, she always has the answer I need to keep on moving. Since I train with her, I have seen great improvements in my physical capabilities as a football referee, as she made me understand that more is not always better.
